Team Manager Role
Team Managers are the backbone of our teams, handling communications and logistics so coaches can focus on the court.
- Managing parent communication via club apps
- Coordinating match score sheets and table duty
- Liaising with the club secretary on registrations
Table Officials and Scorekeeping
Every coach and manager should understand basics of the scoresheet and clock. The club provides periodic training sessions for parents and volunteers to ensure match-day accuracy.
Safeguarding and Player Welfare
The wellbeing of our junior players is our highest priority. All volunteers must adhere to our safety standards.

Team Manager Role
Table Officials and Scorekeeping
The Team Manager supports the coach by handling logistics and communication, allowing coaches to focus entirely on on-court development and player wellbeing.
Successful games require trained table officials. We provide workshops for parents and volunteers to learn scorekeeping and clock management throughout the season.

- Valid Garda Vetting and Safeguarding 1 certification required
- Maintain professional boundaries and positive reinforcement
