1. Complete Your Club Registration
To begin, you must secure your spot with the South Galway Stormers by selecting the specific membership package that corresponds to the player’s current age group. All official club registration is processed through our partner application, ClubZap, to ensure all player details are logged for the upcoming season.
- Download the ClubZap app or visit our link
- Search for 'South Galway Stormers' as your club
- Pick the correct membership for your age
- Provide all required player and parent info
- Finalize the club registration process

2. Complete Basketball Ireland Registration
- Independent of your club membership, every player is strictly required to be registered individually with Basketball Ireland. This mandatory process is facilitated through the official Sport:80 platform to ensure eligibility and coverage for the season.
- Access the Sport:80 platform online
- Log in or create your parent account
- Add or select the player profile
- Upload a recent headshot photo
- Choose South Galway Stormers as your club
- Select the GAB as your local area board
- Verify all personal details are accurate
- Accept the code of ethics and waivers
- Pay the governing body fee directly
- Confirm your active BI membership status
